ORDER CANCELLATION
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 3 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, we might not be able to proceed with cancellation any longer.

*If you received a wrong item or a faulty product, please submit your refund requests within 3 days after receiving the product. Please do send us a photo and keep the original packaging. You may contact us by sending an email to customerservice@byhami.com. Once our team has authorized you to return the item, please mail back the item to us in its original packaging for a full refund. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

 

SHIPMENT DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19

To ease the burden of shipment delays, we are providing free worldwide shipping for all of our customers. Please anticipate that there might be an extra 14 days for shipment, thus we would appreciate it if you place your orders earlier. In the event if there are shipment delays, rest assured that Byhami is doing our best in following up with the forwarders. Rest assured that we will provide you a full refund if you did not receive your item.
