1) How do I search for products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

You may also browse through the different categories available in the website. 

2) Am I able to change the language of your website to my preferred language?

Yes. You may change the language to your preferred language at the top part of each page in our website. 

3) How do I cancel my order?

In the event if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours upon confirmation of order at customerservice@byhami.com. Kindly please email us your OrderID#, full name, and ship to address for verification purposes. Please be advised that any cancellations after 3 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed. Our system processed the orders in real-time. We apologize that cancellation after the 3 hours duration is no longer possible. 

On a side note, a handling charge of a minimum USD8 or 10% of the product price will be charged for item cancellation (whichever is higher).

4) How do I track my order?

You can track your order here. Enter your tracking number and click ‘Track’ to check the status of your order.

5) When will I get my tracking number?

Once the order has been processed, the tracking number usually takes 3 – 7 business days to be generated. Please do allow 3 – 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated by the forwarder. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or if the tracking status is still under ‘not available’ after 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at customerservice@byhami.com.

6) Where can I get my tracking number?

We will send you the tracking number to your email address. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 – 7 business days as mentioned above, kindly drop us an email at customerservice@byhami.com. We will facilitate you accordingly. 

7) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We apologize that we are not able to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are affected by product availability, the geographic location of the factory, your shipping destination, and the courier partner’s delivery schedule in your location. You may track your shipment using the link as above. You may estimate the delivery date of your product as mentioned in the next FAQ. 

8) How long does delivery take?

The processing time for an order is 3 – 5 business days. Delivery time varies from product to product. Once a shipment is in the plane, the estimated delivery is 15 – 30 business days for the United States and 20 – 50 business days for other countries. 

In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, bad weather, and global pandemic, the delivery time might be longer than the above mentioned. Courier companies will also have longer delivery time during the holiday seasons so we would appreciate it if you can plan your purchase accordingly. 

Due to the unfortunate event of the Covid-19 pandemic, shipments from all over the world is being on hold. Many major modes of transportation are being on hold as many major cities in the world are currently in lockdown. Due to this, worldwide deliveries have been affected. We apologize for the delay in shipment.  Rest assured that we are doing our best and will ship the products to you as soon as we can. We foresee the delay of the shipment can increase up to 3 months on top of the regular delivery time.

9) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within the United States and Internationally as mentioned.

10) What types of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa & American Express).

11) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to 185 countries. In the unlikely and unfortunate event if we are not able to ship the item to you, we will give you a full refund.
